January 4, 2022: Grand Rapids, MI 49544 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI), by a count of 58-35.
The Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wayland (Wayland, MI). The Wildcats go into the Ottawa-Kent - Gold outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Wayland was crushed by Covenant Christian (Grand Rapids, MI), 60-51, in a non-league outing.
The Vikings now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Grant for a Central State outing on Friday, January 7. Tri County Area will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 77-36 league win over Chippewa Hills (Remus, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 3-2.
