Georgia High School Basketball - Lambert overwhelms Mountain View
January 4, 2022: Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) and the host Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA), saw Lambert's basketball squad wallop Mountain View by a count of 65-42.
With the victory, Lambert upgrades its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a AAAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Friday, January 7. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 0-16. Forsyth Central lost 36-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA)
Next up, the Bears play the North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 8 challenge, on Friday, January 7. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 49-31 non-league loss to West Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
