Herkimer Magicians (Herkimer, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Oriskany Redskins (Oriskany, NY), 55-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Herkimer upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Magicians travel to Adirondack (Boonville, NY) to play the Wildcats in a Section 3 Center State II bout on Friday, January 6. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Redskins play the Adirondack Wildcats (Boonville, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Oriskany will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
