Idaho High School Basketball - Rigby crushes Highland

January 4, 2023: Rigby, ID 83442

Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Highland Rams (Pocatello, ID), 66-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Rigby upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Madison (Rexburg, ID) to play the Bobcats in a 5A High Country bout on Friday, January 6. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 4-10. Madison lost 53-37 in their recent league bout against Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID)

Next up, the Rams play the Preston Indians (Preston, ID) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 59-24 league loss to Pocatello (Pocatello, ID).
