California High School Basketball - Mira Mesa tops Sage Creek
January 4, 2023: Carlsbad, CA 92010 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA) and the host Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA), saw Mira Mesa's basketball squad knock off Sage Creek by a count of 41-31.
With the victory, Mira Mesa upgrades its record to 1-13 on the campaign. The Marauders host Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA) to play the Rattlers in a challenge on Friday, January 6. The Rattlers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
Next up, the Bobcats play the La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Sage Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 49-15 non-league loss to Westview (San Diego, CA).
