January 4, 2024: Lake Providence, LA 71254 The A.J. Ellender Patriots (Houma, LA) basketball crushed the host General Trass Panthers (Lake Providence, LA), 62-32 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Patriots (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Sterlington (Sterlington, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Sterlington was trounced by Vidalia (Vidalia, LA), 54-37, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bastrop for a non-league test on Monday, January 8.
