January 4, 2024: Bixby, OK 74008 The Bixby Spartans (Bixby, OK) basketball nipped the visiting Millwood Falcons (Oklahoma City, OK), 56-53 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Spartans (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK). The Tigers go into the 6A District 4 test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Broken Arrow got by Yukon (Yukon, OK), 50-44, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bartlesville for a non-league test on Friday, January 5. Millwood will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 58-33 non-league loss to Southmoore (Moore, OK). The Bruins record now stands at 1-5.
