The Ridge Red Devil basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Bound Brook Crusaders to 42 in the Red Devil non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Devil now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morristown for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Ridge will battle a Colonials team coming off a 70-59 league loss to Chatham (Chatham, NJ). The Colonials record now stands at 3-7.

The Crusaders (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ). The Bluejays enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Middlesex ran past Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ), 58-52, in a league contest.
