January 4, 2024: Calumet, OK 73014 The Calumet Chieftains (Calumet, OK) basketball crushed the visiting Wynnewood Savages (Wynnewood, OK), 87-45 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chieftains (10-0) will now prepare for their test against Asher (Asher, OK). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Asher walloped Stratford (Stratford, OK), 49-45, in a non-league test.
The Savages now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Stratford for a Big 8 test on Friday, January 5. Wynnewood will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 49-45 non-league loss to Asher (Asher, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-6.
