The Chassell Panthers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Wright Red Devils to 49 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wakefield for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8. Chassell will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 50-35 non-league loss to Lake Linden-Hubbell (Lake Linden, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-3.
