Pocono Mountain West Panthers (Pocono Summit, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Northampton Konkrete Kids (Northampton, PA), 39-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pocono Mountain West upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Panthers host Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
