Edwards Tigers (Ruleville, MS) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Rosa Fort Lions (Tunica, MS), 56-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Edwards upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Tigers host Gentry (Indianola, MS) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 12-5.
