Oklahoma High School Basketball - Silo nips Latta
January 4, 2024: Ada, OK 74820 Silo Rebels (Silo, OK) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Latta Panthers (Ada, OK), 29-26 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Silo upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Dale (Dale, OK) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 12-0. Dale won 55-20 in their recent non-league bout against Atoka (Atoka, OK)
Next up, the Panthers play the Atoka Wampus Cats (Atoka, OK) in a Freelance bout, on Friday, January 5. Latta will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Wampus Cats come into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 55-20 non-league loss to Dale (Dale, OK).
