Iowa High School Basketball - Lisbon ripped by Regina
January 4, 2024: Lisbon, IA 52253 The Regina Regals basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Lisbon Lions to 20 in the Regals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Regals now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Regina will battle a Panthers team coming off a 59-48 non-league win over Center Point-Urbana (Center Point, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 10-1.
The Lions (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Maquoketa Valley triumphed over Central City (Central City, IA), 56-49, in a league contest.
