Indiana High School Basketball - Orleans overwhelms North Daviess
January 4, 2024: Orleans, IN 47452 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Orleans Bulldogs (Orleans, IN) and the visiting North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN), saw Orleans's basketball squad wallop North Daviess by a count of 66-43.
With the victory, Orleans upgrades its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Henryville (Henryville, IN) to play the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 11-4. Henryville won 59-22 in their recent league challenge against Crothersville (Crothersville, IN)
Next up, the Cougars play the Shakamak Lakers (Jasonville, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. North Daviess will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Lakers come into the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 38-33 non-league win over Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN).
