The Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs (Elgin, MN) basketball nipped the host Rushford-Peterson Trojans (Rushford, MN), 51-46 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Lourdes (Rochester, MN). The Eagles go into the AA Section 1 test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Lourdes got by Zumbrota-Mazeppa (Zumbrota, MN), 65-31, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lanesboro for a A Section 1 test on Tuesday, January 9.
