January 4, 2025: Montgomery, AL 36109 The Westminster School at Oak Mountain Knights (Birmingham, AL) basketball edged the host Alabama Christian Academy Eagles (Montgomery, AL), 63-59 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to John Carroll Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Westminster School at Oak Mountain will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 67-64 non-league win over Oakwood Academy (Huntsville, AL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-12.
With the loss, Alabama Christian Academy falls to 9-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Montgomery Academy (Montgomery, AL) to play the Eagles in a 3A Area 5 bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 16-2. Montgomery Academy lost 66-43 in their recent non-league bout against Huntsville (Huntsville, AL)
