January 4, 2025: Bettendorf, IA 52722 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Bettendorf Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 81-55 triumph over the Iowa City Little Hawks.
The Bulldogs (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (North Liberty, IA). The Lightning go into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Liberty was trounced by Linn-Mar (Marion, IA), 96-58, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Little Hawks confront the Burlington Grayhounds (Burlington, IA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Iowa City will attempt to better on its 4-12 season record. The Grayhounds go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 57-51 league loss to Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA).
