Buchholz Bobcats (Gainesville, FL) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Ponte Vedra Sharks (Ponte Vedra, FL), 49-42 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Buchholz advances its record to 8-6 on the year. The Bobcats travel to P.K. Yonge (Gainesville, FL) to face the Blue Wave in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Blue Wave enter the match with a record of 5-8. P.K. Yonge won 47-43 in their recent non-league match against Santa Fe (Alachua, FL)
