Maine High School Basketball - Camden Hills toppled by Medomak Valley
January 4, 2025: Rockport, ME 04856 Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Camden Hills Windjammers (Rockport, ME), 62-50 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Medomak Valley advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Leavitt (Turner, ME) to face the Hornets in a B South match on Tuesday, January 7. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 4-5. Leavitt lost 45-30 in their recent league match against Poland (Poland, ME)
The Windjammers now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardiner for a A North match on Tuesday, January 7. Camden Hills will face a Tigers squad coming off a 60-35 non-league win over Erskine Academy (South China, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 5-3.
