Oregon High School Basketball - East Linn Christian Academy can't hold off Cascade Christian
January 4, 2025: Medford, OR 97504 Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR), 66-62 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Cascade Christian advances its record to 6-4 on the year. The Challengers host Douglas (Winston, OR) to face the Trojans in a 3A Far West match on Thursday, January 9. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 5-7. Douglas won 56-53 in their recent non-league match against Sisters (Sisters, OR)
The Eagles now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lost River for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. East Linn Christian Academy will face a Raiders squad coming off a 66-21 non-league win over Butte Valley (Dorris, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-1.
