Georgia High School Basketball - Christian Heritage victorious over Washington
January 4, 2025: Dalton, GA 30722 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Christian Heritage Lions basketball team scored a good 71-56 triumph over the Washington Bulldogs.
The Lions (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa (Rome, GA). The Eagles go into the A D1 Region 7 contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Coosa topped Pepperell (Lindale, GA), 60-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Therrell Panthers (Atlanta, GA) in a AA Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Washington will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 46-30 league win over Hapeville Charter (Atlanta, GA).
