Minnesota High School Basketball - John Marshall nips Hastings
January 4, 2025: Rochester, MN 55901 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host John Marshall Rockets basketball team scored a close 78-71 triumph over the Hastings Raiders.
The Rockets (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Owatonna (Owatonna, MN). The Huskies go into the AAAA Section 1 contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Owatonna was tipped by Mankato East (Mankato, MN), 75-37, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Hastings will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 30-27 non-league loss to North (North St. Paul, MN).
