Idaho High School Basketball - San Pedro sneaks past Highland
January 4, 2025: Pocatello, ID 83201 The San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) basketball edged the host Highland Rams (Pocatello, ID), 61-59 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Narbonne for a Marine bout on Wednesday, January 8. San Pedro will play a Gauchos team coming off a 86-39 non-league loss to Inglewood (Inglewood, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 5-11.
With the loss, Highland falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Rams host Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID) to play the Riverhawks in a 6A Southern Idaho bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Riverhawks go into the bout with a record of 5-6. Canyon Ridge won 42-34 in their recent non-league bout against Twin Falls (Twin Falls, ID)
