The Redan Raiders basketball squad (Stone Mountain, GA), was outscored 76-63 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host M.L. King Lions (Lithonia, GA)

With the victory, M.L. King advances its record to 5-11 on the year. The Lions host Forest Park (Forest Park, GA) to meet the Panthers in a AAAA Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 2-10. Forest Park lost 62-61 in their recent non-league battle against Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA)
