January 4, 2025: New Salem, ND 58563 The New Salem Holsteins basketball squad (New Salem, ND), was nudged 59-52 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting White Shield Warriors (Roseglen, ND)
With the victory, White Shield advances its record to 6-1 on the year. The Warriors host Trinity Christian (Williston, ND) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 11. The Crusaders enter the battle with a record of 2-2. Trinity Christian lost 88-76 in their recent non-league battle against Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND)
The Holsteins now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richardton-Taylor for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. New Salem will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to Trenton (Trenton, ND). The Raiders record now stands at 2-3.
