Oregon High School Basketball - Santiam Christian holds off North Douglas
January 4, 2025: Corvallis, OR 97330 The Santiam Christian Eagles basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting North Douglas to 55 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dayton for a 3A PacWest game on Tuesday, January 7. Santiam Christian will confront a Pirates team coming off a 78-65 non-league win over Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, North Douglas falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The travel to Elmira (Elmira, OR) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 6-5. Elmira won 59-34 in their recent non-league game against Toledo (Toledo, OR)
