California High School Basketball - Carlmont overwhelms Capuchino
January 4, 2025: Belmont, CA 94002 The Carlmont Scots basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Capuchino Mustangs to 25 in the Scots non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Scots now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Menlo-Atherton for a game on Thursday, January 9. Carlmont will confront a Bears team coming off a 50-34 non-league win over Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Bears record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Capuchino falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Jefferson (Daly City, CA) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 2-2.
