Minnesota High School Basketball - Bethlehem Academy can't hold off West Lutheran
January 4, 2025: Faribault, MN 55021 West Lutheran Warriors (Plymouth, MN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Bethlehem Academy Cardinals (Faribault, MN), 57-51 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Lutheran upgrades its record to 8-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to United Christian Academy (Bloomington, MN) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 5-2. United Christian Academy won 46-24 in their recent non-league match against Eagle Ridge Academy (Minnetonka, MN)
The Cardinals now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenyon-Wanamingo for a A Section 1 match on Tuesday, January 7. Bethlehem Academy will face a Knights squad coming off a 76-43 non-league loss to New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Knights record now stands at 4-7.
