The University Red Devils basketball squad (San Francisco, CA), was outscored 65-49 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ)

With the victory, Millennium advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Tigers host Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ) to meet the Aztecs in a 6A Central battle on Wednesday, January 8. The Aztecs enter the battle with a record of 0-7.

The Red Devils now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pinewood for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. University will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 66-50 non-league loss to Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-2.
