The St. Augustine Catholic Wolves basketball team scored 34 points and limited the host Odyssey Institute Minotaur to 12 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wolves now have a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Rita for a 2A South game on Tuesday, January 7. St. Augustine Catholic will confront a Eagles team coming off a 33-21 non-league loss to St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Odyssey Institute falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Minotaur host Fountain Hills (Fountain Hills, AZ) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 9-5. Fountain Hills lost 56-48 in their recent non-league game against Miami (Miami, AZ)
