Florida High School Basketball - Marathon thwarts Coral Park

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Marathon Dolphins (Marathon, FL) and the visiting Coral Park Rams (Miami, FL), observed Marathon's basketball team knock off Coral Park by a score of 49-41.

The Dolphins (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Calusa Prep (Miami, FL). The Colts come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Calusa Prep prevailed over TERRA Environmental (Miami, FL), 52-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams encounter the Homestead Broncos (Homestead, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, January 5. Coral Park will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 52-35 non-league loss to Marathon (Marathon, FL).
