With the win, Sulligent upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 8. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 12-8. American Christian Academy won 64-39 in their recent non-league bout against West Blocton (West Blocton, AL)

Next up, the Tigers play the Colbert Heights Wildcats (Tuscumbia, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 5. Red Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record.
