The New Haven Bulldogs (New Haven, IN) basketball nipped the visiting Fort Wayne Snider Panthers (Fort Wayne, IN), 78-72 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their test against DeKalb (Waterloo, IN). The Barons go into the Northeast 8 test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, DeKalb got by Heritage (Monroeville, IN), 71-40, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Wayne Northrop for a Summit test on Friday, January 8. Fort Wayne Snider will encounter a Bruins squad coming off a 61-46 non-league loss to Norwell (Ossian, IN). The Bruins record now stands at 0-4.
