The Garces Memorial Rams basketball team (Bakersfield, CA), was overwhelmed 70-33 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA)

The Patriots now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centennial for a Southwest Yosemite battle on Friday, January 7.

The Rams (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, San Joaquin Memorial was overwhelmed by Rolling Hills Prep (San Pedro, CA), 63-55, in a non-league battle.
