The T.W. Andrews Red Raiders tipped the visiting Morehead Panthers basketball team by a final score of 65-61 in Wednesday's league game.

In their next game, the Red Raiders face the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) in a 2A Conference 34 game, on Friday, January 7. T.W. Andrews will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 5-8 record after their 64-62 non-league win over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).

With the defeat, Morehead moves to 8-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to McMichael (Mayodan, NC) to face the Phoenix in a 2A Conference 34 game on Friday, January 7.
