The Gahr Gladiators basketball team (Cerritos, CA), was overwhelmed 50-26 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Downey Vikings (Downey, CA)

The Vikings now possess a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynwood for a San Gabriel Valley battle on Friday, January 14.

The Gladiators (3-16) will now prepare for their battle against Dominguez (Compton, CA). The Dons come into the San Gabriel Valley battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Dominguez trounced Bellflower (Bellflower, CA), 63-21, in a non-league battle.
