The Nation Ford Falcons basketball team (Fort Mill, SC), was routed 69-25 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC)

The Mavericks now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sun Valley for a 4A Conference 58 battle on Friday, January 7. Marvin Ridge will battle a Spartans team coming off a 61-40 non-league win over Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 9-6.

The Falcons (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against River Bluff (Lexington, SC). The Gators come into the non-league battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, River Bluff was routed by Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC), 38-28, in a non-league battle.
