Indiana High School Basketball - Peru knocked off by Tri-Central

January 5, 2022: Sharpsville, IN 46068

The Tri-Central Trojans basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Peru Tigers to 25 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Trojans now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheridan for a Hoosier Heartland contest on Friday, January 7. Tri-Central will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 54-34 non-league win over Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN). The Blackhawks record now stands at 10-3.

The Tigers (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Delphi Community (Delphi, IN). The Oracles enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Delphi Community was defeated by Carroll (Flora, IN), 58-39, in a league contest.
