Indiana High School Basketball - Blue River Valley crushes Tri

January 5, 2023: Mt. Summit, IN 47362

Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), 64-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Blue River Valley upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Union (Modoc, IN) to play the Rockets in a Mid-Eastern bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Rockets come into the bout with a record of 1-5. Union lost 78-17 in their recent non-league bout against Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN)

Next up, the Titans play the Cambridge City Lincoln Golden Eagles (Cambridge City, IN) in a Tri-Eastern bout, on Friday, January 13. Tri will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 58-40 non-league loss to Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN).
