January 5, 2023: Burlington, NJ 08016 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Burlington City Blue Devils (Burlington, NJ) and the visiting Delran Bears (Delran, NJ), saw Burlington City's basketball squad wallop Delran by a tally of 81-39.
With the victory, Burlington City improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 0-8.
In their next game, the Bears meet the Bordentown Scotties (Bordentown, NJ) in a Burlco - Patriot match, on Monday, January 9. Delran will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Scotties enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 90-50 non-league win over Riverside (Riverside, NJ).
