The Shenango Wildcats basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Wilmington Greyhounds to 29 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northgate for a WPIAL 2A 1 contest on Friday, January 6. Shenango will meet a Flames team coming off a 81-49 non-league win over Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA). The Flames record now stands at 8-2.

The Greyhounds (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record.
