Maine High School Basketball - Temple Academy trounces Wiscasset
January 5, 2023: Waterville, ME The Temple Academy Bereans (Waterville, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Wiscasset Wolverines (Wiscasset, ME), 58-28 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bereans (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Islesboro Central was trounced by Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME), 50-20, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hall-Dale for a C South test on Saturday, January 7. Wiscasset will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 67-48 league loss to Mount Abram (Strong, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
