California High School Basketball - Amador Valley thwarts Sequoia
January 5, 2023: Redwood City, CA 94062 The Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) basketball knocked off the host Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA), 47-31 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Dons (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Falcons go into the East Bay - Valley test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Foothill went down by Newark Memorial (Newark, CA), 52-34, in a non-league test.
The Ravens now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Menlo School for a non-league test on Friday, January 6. Sequoia will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 51-23 non-league win over El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.
