The Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND) varsity basketball team lost Thursday's neutral non-conference game against New Rockford-Sheyenne (New Rockford, ND) by a score of 69-10.
The New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] Bison to 10 in the Rockets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Rockets now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon for a B Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 10.
The Bison (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Oakes (Oakes, ND). The Tornadoes come into the B Region 3 District 5 contest with a 6-1 record.
