Illinois High School Basketball - Neoga nudges Fairfield
January 5, 2023: Neoga, IL 62447 Neoga Indians (Neoga, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Fairfield Mules (Fairfield, IL), 47-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Neoga upgrades its record to 18-1 on the season. The Indians host Casey-Westfield (Casey, IL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 6-17. Casey-Westfield lost 47-24 in their recent league bout against Marshall (Marshall, IL)
Next up, the Mules clash with the Hamilton County Foxes (McLeansboro, IL) in a Black Diamond - East bout, on Monday, January 9. Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Foxes go into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 57-17 non-league loss to Breese Central (Breese, IL).
