Oklahoma High School Basketball - Whitesboro knocked off by Cave Springs
January 5, 2024: Whitesboro, OK 74577 The Cave Springs Hornets basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Whitesboro Bulldogs to 45 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Webbers Falls for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Cave Springs will battle a Warriors team coming off a 59-46 non-league win over Watts (Watts, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.
The Bulldogs (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Smithville (Smithville, OK). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Smithville ran past Haworth (Haworth, OK), 88-49, in a league contest.
