The Crown Leadership Academy Lions basketball team (Mt. Pleasant, SC), was overwhelmed 90-29 in Friday's league battle with the host Charleston Collegiate Sundevils (John's Island, SC)

The Sundevils now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Laurence Manning Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 6. Charleston Collegiate will battle a Swampcats team coming off a 83-42 non-league win over Holly Hill Academy (Holly Hill, SC). The Swampcats record now stands at 7-4.

The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Northside Christian School (North Charleston, SC). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Northside Christian School triumphed over Grace Christian (West Columbia, SC), 43-25, in a league contest.
