The San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Clyde Bulldogs to 45 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coahoma for a 3A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, January 12. San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 43-35 league loss to Wall (Wall, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-10.
The Bulldogs (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grape Creek (San Angelo, TX). The Eagles enter the 3A Region I District 6 contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Grape Creek was defeated by Jim Ned (Tuscola, TX), 75-19, in a league contest.
