Flasher Bulldogs (Flasher, ND) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New England Tigers (New England, ND), 61-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Flasher upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to New Salem (New Salem, ND) to play the Holsteins in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Holsteins go into the bout with a record of 2-2. New Salem lost 61-49 in their recent non-league bout against Surrey (Surrey, ND)

Next up, the Tigers play the Watford City Wolves (Watford City, ND) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. New England will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 62-54 non-league loss to South Heart (South Heart, ND).
